Description (Service) Transportation for the eligible four local member school boards.
  • For information about a student's bus route or transportation eligibility, email or call the office.
  • For bus delays or cancellations due to inclement weather, parents or students should visit website: www.npssts.ca, under 'Delays' tab or listen for announcement on local area radio station.
First Rider Program:
  • Teaches school bus safety
  • Aims to alleviate concerns about riding a school bus

Service Details

Hours Sep-Jun School days: 7 am-5 pm
July: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12noon, 1 pm-4 pm
Last three weeks of Aug: 8:30 am-5 pm
Areas Served Nipissing District ; Parry Sound District
Eligibility Students that attend schools that are part of the following Boards: Near North District School Board, Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board, Conseil Scolaire Public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario, and Conseil Scolaire Catholique Franco-Nord.
