Description (Service) | Provides culturally appropriate health services in five First Nations (FN) communities: Magnetawan FN, Shawanaga FN, Wasauksing FN, Moose Deer Point FN and Wahta Mohawk Territory. The Community Health Nurse visits these communities on a regular basis providing the following services:
