Social, recreational and exercise programs:

In-Home Recreation Therapy - 12 week program - provides opportunity for persons living with dementia to participate in a range of activities that are stimulating, therapeutic, and socially engaging in their own home
Minds in Motion Program - 8 week exercise and cognitive stimulation program for persons living with dementia and their care partners
Musical Therapy - provides a free music player and personalized music to improve the quality of life of those living with dementia
Art Programs - Creative Spark and Creative Connections - six-week programs offered in partnership with local galleries designed for persons living with early stage dementia and their care partners
Resource Library, Information packages and more
