  • Public access computers and free Wi-Fi

  • Tech Help (free 1-on-1 appointments) for phones, tablets, laptops, and general technology support
  • Printing/photocopying/scanning/faxing (fees apply)

  • Study and meeting spaces: three private study rooms and one group study room/boardroom; free drop-in use, with optional reservations (small fee).

Programs

Children and Youth

  • Early literacy programs and story times

  • Free homework help / tutoring supports (online)

  • Monthly arts and crafts and STEM-style programs (and other seasonal children/youth programming)

Adults and Seniors

  • Book clubs and literary programming (e.g., Friday Afternoon Book Club and other adult reading/writing groups)

  • Lifelong learning workshops and community learning opportunities

All ages

  • Digital creativity programs (as scheduled)

Community Outreach

  • Little Free Library Book Houses: take a book / leave a book

  • Storybook Trails: outdoor reading-and-walking trails to encourage families to read and explore together. Note: the Carly Patterson Trail has been reported as out of order due to damage; the Silver Birch trail remains in place.

  • Books on Wheels (home delivery): monthly delivery service for residents who cannot visit due to disability, illness, or mobility challenges

Collections and Borrowing

Offers access to 30,000+ items and a range of collection highlights, including:

  • Books and audiobooks, DVDs, and other circulating materials

  • Digital Library: online resources such as learning tools, digital magazines/newspapers, databases, and more (free with membership)

  • Special collections and borrowable items (examples include Wi-Fi hotspots (data limits apply), tablets, Wonderbooks, Launchpad learning tablets for K-5, and hobby items through the Beyond Books Collection)

  • Borrow from other Ontario libraries (inter-library/reciprocal borrowing options)

Accessibility

  • Books on Wheels (monthly home delivery for eligible residents)

  • CELA access to alternate-format materials for people with visual, cognitive, or physical disabilities
